“They don't allow pets but the rooms are nice. They look like little apartments. Including the stove, cabinets, refrigerator, sink, table, couch, coffee table, flat screen TV and direct TV. $75 a night but you get a small portion back when you return the key to your room.”

“I have to admit Glosshouz was the cleanest beauty bar I’ve been to in Colorado. I was very happy to hear they work with alle as well. They had a wonderful program that offers you deals when you sign up. I didn’t do it right away but I am definitely thinking about it.”

“Only doing 4 stars because the noise and just screaming of the other campers went on all night (9pm- 4am) I don’t care much for having a good time and taking in cold one around camp fire but this was ridiculously loud and really sucked. Also a bit disappointed that they were right off the highway and not secluded like we expected. The tent itself was nice and very comfortable for the 4 days we stayed. Only recommend to the people that don’t care for the screaming and yelling between 9pm - 4pm!”

“The Lofthouse was a perfect little get-away tucked in the pines of Colorado Springs! The home was very clean, organized, and set up perfectly for a relaxing stay! I recommend bringing a book and some wine and truly un-winding here! We also did some of our engagement photos here, which was perfect for our cozy, cuddly feel! Highly recommend!”

“This motel is the best I've ever stayed at. The staff was very friendly and carried a high sense of pride in their property. It was very well taken care of, the owner greeted us and showed us our rooms before we even made it to the lobby, making the check-in process a breeze! I loved how she made you feel at home and talked to you as a welcomed guest not just a paying customer. Highly recommend staying here and plan to return there when I'm in the area again!”

“I came to Aurora for work and have been asked to stay. While looking for an apartment I have stayed here almost a month and here is what I see.. The management has taken over for almost a year. Everyday they are working on making it better. That being said they have a lot of work ahead of them. It is probably not a vacation spot, but if it is a must it is a safe space that is improving a little at a time. Just remember they are over worked and probably under paid but that has not made them not care. They try to help you if they can. I have had 2 rooms and seen no sign of any bugs. You can not come here expecting a Hilton or double tree but if you just need off the street or out of the car, it is a blessing to have a place that can offer a safe roof over your head, no bugs, a place to shower and eat,.a reasonable rate, and management who puts up with a lot to keep it that way. I would come here again.”

“Great place, Floyd is a super great guy, our neighbors have all been super nice and this is a respectable park (unlike others where we had our things stolen, people out and about all hours of the night and so on) I feel super comfy and safe here. Its homey and our fur babies are happy here too :)”

“Absolutely AMAZING!! I've lived in Denver my whole life and this is our first trip to the Broadmoor!! I would HIGHLY recommend it to anyone who wants a once(for us) in a lifetime experience of pure luxury. The golf course was meticulous and playable for a high handicapper like me, yet challenging enough for my husband! The room was stunning, the bed and pillows were perfect, the bathtub and shower were amazing!! The restaurant patio was top notch and the entires premises with the lake were pristine! We didn't get to enjoy the pool or hot tub, they close at 7:00, but we did do the paddle boats, which was fun! EVERYONE should stay at least one night at The Broadmoor!! Wish we could have stayed two nights!”

“This place is a cute little hotel. It's very convenient. It's not too pricy and decent rooms for what you pay. It's not over priced like it's competitors. The staff is very kind. I would stay here again. Very close to Royal Gorge attractions. Right on main strip close to fast food. Our room had a mini fridge and coffee pot. The shower water was hot.”

“The front desk staff was very helpful and friendly. They took the extra step to find my Choice membership for me, so I would get the points for our stay. We were originally put in an upstairs room, but the last occupants had been smoking weed pretty heavily and there was no way we could've slept in there. The desk man apologized and was happy to accommodate us with another room. The indoor pool is very nice and warm. On a hot day, it may be too warm, but on our stay it was perfect. It was harder to find an indoor pool near us than you'd think. The hot tub was hot and quite nice. Altogether both were quite clean and pleasant compared to others in the budget hotels we frequently use. It was a clean and appropriately updated hotel, with a nice but small breakfast counter. It included a waffle maker. It was a blessing. The room was nice and clean, and I appreciated the separate space for the couch bed so the kids had their own TV and their own space. The upstairs rooms have a door between bed and pull out sofa, so that's kinda nice for moms and dads. The little kitchen area was a very cool perk. I expected the following complaint because we've traveled from California to Florida and this problem is everywhere. It's the new standard in budget beds: very firm with an illusion of softness. I don't know why this is the new trend, but it's not "comfort"able. Maybe to some, very thin young people or children, this is comfortable, but I can never get a good night of sleep on these. For a while there, you'd get lucky and an older hotel would still have the old squeaky mattresses before they bought into these horrible excuses for resting places. I'd rather have the old beds. Anyway, I know that's a lot of complaint, b ut the good really did outweigh the bad. As I said, it seems to be the only kind of bed available unless you splurge a lot more.”

“My first time at the Casino & hotel was super fun. The rooms are comfy & quiet. You can get anywhere in town from here. The service was exceptional & the food was delicious. The cheeseburger & fries were so good that I went to tell the kitchen how much i enjoyed it Clean and sanitary, masks are required when not eating or drinking. Im definitely going back.”

“Friendly people run the hotel at a very good price. They don't overcharge for pets and it's a safe feeling hotel. It's certainly basic but that's all you need most of the time. They would benefit from upgrading their soaps/shampoos in the bathroom as well as a good deep cleaning of the floor near the door and bathroom. The rest of the room feels clean but the area near the entrance of the room could use a good steam cleaning.”

“This hotel had really done some fixing up. Last year I was kinda in shock at how bad the time and service was, and wasn't sure if I wanted to give it another shot. I'm sure glad I did. Since coming to the new hotel the first thing I noticed was the renovation they did in the lobby. My first experience was with Ashley the new manager who may I say has a pleasant attitude awesome smile and a gentle demeanor, making me feel right at home. The second thing I noticed was the welcome gift. Man the snacks were definitely a treat. My husband I I booked the mini suite for a few nights and it was spacious and clean. We were thrilled with the fact it was inside! We liked it so much we decided to move to a weekly rate! Carrie, the am manager was super nice and attentive, Dakota was as well. Ashley you've done a bang up job getting this hotel back to par. I changed my rating from a 1 stay to a 4 1/2.”

“I moved from Canada to Colorado for my new job, and AvenueWest helped me to find the perfect place to stay. The process was extremely smooth. AW reached out to me to understand my needs, and everything else (lease, etc.) was taken care of. They were also quick to respond to emails and questions. My experience was very positive. I would definitely work with AvenueWest in the future.”

“Park manager was amazing. Very clean laundry and bathroom/shower facility. Ideal spot if you are in Colorado Springs on vacation like we were. The downfall is that you will be packed in there. We couldn't let our awning out without touching the RV next to us. We stayed 4 days.”

“Beautiful RV park located in the quaint town of Florence Colorado. The facility is well maintained with lovely flower beds, large lots with turf, and kind office staff. It is a safe place to live (we all had to do background checks prior to living here) with many families, including some children. It is also a very quite, and friendly neighborhood. The owner is very driven to make an upscale park, and when completed it will be one of the nicest RV parks in the Denver area.”
