“My kids have been benefiting from Hope Academy for 3 years now. The principal and vice principal are super stars. The teachers seem to all really enjoy their jobs. If you are homeschooling please consider checking out Hope. Their curriculum lending library is extensive and their special events are so fun for the kids. My children come home from a day at Hope exhausted and full of joy! The kids in their class are all really kind too. There is none of the bullying that I experienced as a kid in public school. I talked with a friend who has her kindergartner in a different charter and she was alarmed by the amount of tv her child watched every day at school. Hope isn't like that. If the teachers find there is free time to fill they are more likely to take the class to the playground or gym. All around great school and an excellent help for parents homeschooling. I cannot recommend them enough.”

“I've been wanting to get in guitar lessons for some time now but had no clue on where to start. Brett messaged me and set up a time for us to call so we can discuss classes and what he offers. The passion in his voice just speaking over the phone with him made me so excited and eager to start learning! I didn't have a guitar and he offered to take me to a guitar shop and help on his own time! As soon as I arrived at his studio I knew I was in the right place. He told me some different options and let me try out an acoustic guitar vs an electric to see what would be best for me. After him explaining in detail the difference and advantages of each one, he took me to a guitar shop where he personally found something both in my budget and that was great quality. He got me a fantastic deal and we didn't go over budget! I was very happy that he listened to my needs and wants while also using his expertise to find what was best. We then went back to his studio where he spent more time telling me about his program, and how to take care of my guitar. I was a bit doubtful learning something new but after this one visit the doubt in my mind is gone. I found that I am in great hands and I can't wait for my first lesson! Update: I've been now going to Brett since September and I am seriously SO AMAZED of what I can do now. Every lessons is more exciting than the last because of the huge amount of growth I've made in this past few months. Brett has a way of explaining things so well, I never thought I would be able to play guitar but he proved me wrong, very quickly. This is so worth the investment, I have a new love for playing guitar and music in general and I can't wait to see where I am just even in a few more months from now..! If you're looking for someone to teach you, BRETT IS YOUR GUY!!!”

“My son has been at South Ridge for 4 years now and he LOVES it! I've had nothing but a great experience with South, despite many of it's negative reviews. My son was identified early as an advanced learner and the teachers have done everything within their power to challenge him. My e-mails are always answered promptly by whomever I've contacted, whether that be administrator or teacher. If they can't answer my questions, they've referred me on very quickly and I've always gotten the answer. They truly do their best and they really never get the kudos they deserve. You must try this school and you must ignore the blah-blah-blah about test scores. The kids RUN to school because they're so happy to go. They run out happy, talking and playing with one another regardless of age. Really, I love this school and respect all they do for kids.”

“New Vista is such a fantastic school. I learned so much, and the people at the school really do care. I went there all four years and graduated in 2016. While test prep is lacking, it allows concurrent enrollment at CU and Front Range as well as offering Front Range courses. The culminating projects that are required to graduate can teach students so much about future careers, and I recommend this that students pick something that will interest them and towards something they want to do in the future. Teachers are so sweet and supportive throughout the year, and they are passionate about their subjects. There are some teachers I prefer over others, but I've learned so much from all the teachers that I've had at my time there. There are credit requirements and required classes, but generally scheduling is pretty open. If students want to be prepared for college, I recommend taking some more advanced courses, such as the second half of Chemistry and Physics. Use the Front Range courses and try and do concurrent enrollment. If you want to attend school afterwards, I highly recommend College Writing because it will teach you so much towards writing and organizing school work and paragraphs as well as reading. These skills occur in real life and in all subjects of college. Teachers and admin at this school are fantastic, and students are very nice. This school has changed my life for the better, and the skills I learned from this school really helped with my first year of UCCS. Thanks for everything, New Vista. Please keep up the great work!”

“Our son has been going to Young Scholars since last summer and we could not be happier with our experience with this school. The staff are so friendly not only with the families and children but with each other as well . It is great to see the employees work well together and act so professional especially with all of the difficulties with Covid making such an impact on everyones daily routines. Our child is learning so much at this school and really enjoys the different learning centers and all the story time. We are so grateful for this school!!! We have been to other daycare centers/preschools with our older daughter in town and they cannot compare to Young Scholars!”

“My child went to little stars head start and had Mrs. Catalina and Mrs. Elaine for teachers. There are not enough words to explain how absolutely outstanding they were. My daughter went into kindergarten this year and was beyond prepared. Mrs. Catalina and Mrs. Elaine genuinely cared about my child’s education and wellbeing. My child progressed an extraordinary amount. The nurse Mrs. Jamie is sweet and extremely knowledgeable. Also, Mrs. Darlene went above and beyond for my child and I. She helped me look into kindergartens, and other necessary resources. I am so thankful to have been a part of the Little Star Head Start Community. I cried at the end of the year to leave all of the staff there.”

“Bob taught guitar to my daughter for years (we had to stop because her schedule was too busy). He is an excellent teacher - fun and very patient with all ages. She loved that he could teach her to play songs she was listening to on her radio or iPhone. And I was happy that she was motivated to practice because she liked the music. He also gave my husband a couple of lessons, which he greatly enjoyed.”

“Monument Academy is a wonderful school! Great curriculum, wonderful teachers and staff, amazing electives, etc etc etc!! Their five keys of excellence are fantastic and the values that they teach are great! They have good middle school sports teams as well, such as football, volleyball, boys and girls basketball, and a year-round cheer team. All of the teams are really good, and they have 2-3 sports teams per sport so that no one feels left out and they can play to their skill level. The basketball team is currently undefeated and that is no surprise! I highly recommend Monument Academy.”
