This arrangement was last minute because my new home is facing delays since it is a new property. Jan was absolutely wonderful. He even took the time to survey the amount and size of the items I needed to store and helped me find the perfect unit. He goes above and beyond for his customers, he explains everything in detail and strives to make sure all of his customers are happy. This facility is also very secure and well kept. “I'm updating my review based on the overall service I received from this location. I initially visited to have a hitch installed, but the model I needed was not in stock. While I would have appreciated being able to take care of this in 1 trip (it took 3) the location (especially Jessica) and U-Haul management worked to make things right. While the hitch I needed was not easy for them to have shipped, they found a location that had it and expedited it's delivery so I could have my hitch installed ASAP. Initially, I was very irritated and frustrated since it took multiple visits, emails, and phone calls to sort this out, but I appreciate how willing they were to work with me.”
