“A bit on the back story...started shopping around for a reasonably priced storage unit for my classic in early 2018. Wanted a clean, safe, secure location preferably within walking from my home....What I realized was the better the price, the greater the risk. Neglected ovens constructed of concrete boxes with metal roofs... Yikes! .....Pulled back, kept looking and waited... Jump forward to January, 2019. Success! Great location, easy access, high level of security, well designed facility that includes an in lobby glass walled conference room, professional on-site manager, well thought out new build. Insanely clean inside and out, fire sprinkler, fenced, gated, and (the icing!) with CLIMATE CONTROLLED storage units, some 10x20 for that special completed project. When my next classic build is finished later this year, I'm hoping that a second bay will be available.”

“We found Mr. Phillips to be thoroughly courteous, professional and helpful. The checks we wrote for storage charges were to a non profit organization that he had established to support students in automotive careers. We found that Mr. Phillips charged us slightly less than his phone quote. His lot is a quick Uber ride away from the Denver airport. There were no problems retrieving our RV. We will call on him again when we are in the area.”

“I had a fantastic experience at this U-Haul Moving and Storage. I had called ahead looking for a wiring harness for my vehicle. I stopped in hoping to buy it to install it myself. The gentleman behind the counter was incredibly helpful. When he gave me a quote to have it installed I decided to have them do it. The quote was more than half of what I was quoted elsewhere. In addition to warranting their service. I received the van in short order. And that wiring was installed very professionally. Seem to have more gate issues than other storage rentals I've used in past, but they are generally fixed in a timely fashion and the office is right adjacent to the gate so never felt that it was a security concern. Would have no issues renting a storage unit from this facility again.”
