“The Basset team recently installed a new AC unit on our house and we are extremely happy with the outcome! Christian came out first to give us an estimate and we were impressed with his knowledge and professionalism. We decided to go ahead and schedule the job and Basset had a team out the next day for the install! Tristan and Jordan did the entire install the next day. They were extremely professional, knowledgeable and friendly. We were impressed with how much work they got done that day. The next business day the subcontracted electricians came out to wire everything up and Eric, from Basset, started up the AC unit. The day after, Lorenzo and Jordan from Basset came by to square everything up and ensure it was all working properly. I am currently writing this review in a nice cool house. Basset was affordable, professional, timely and the staff were all friendly. We are impressed that it took only 3 business days to go from the estimate to a working AC system! We would definitely recommend them to others.”

“Jon and Anna were great to work with. They provided pallet racking, a dock transition plate, and a crew to move our existing pallet racking at our new facility. They were very professional, attentive, and knowledgeable. Jon was able to handle our incredibly difficult and sudden move by proving a crew to move our pallet racks into storage, then out of storage and setup in our new facility. We also bought some additional pallet racks. Pricing was great, product was perfect. No surprises. Highly recommended!”

Only thing I would suggest is possibly having a carts or Dollie’s to rent to help move items into the the storage so you aren’t caring everything by hand down and around the long corners.”

The managers are a husband and wife team and they're very easy to work with and communicative. They have put the cover back on my car when it's blown off several times, and are proactive in communicating things like gate code changes or if my credit card expires, etc. Really glad I chose this place. It's been hassle-free and great peace-of-mind to know my stuff is secure when I can't be there.”

“I feel like truck rental places are one of those places that only get reviewed when people have a terrible experience so I wanted to share my better-than-expected experience. I rented a 10 foot moving truck to pick up some furniture and it was my first time renting a truck like this. I had issues with the mobile pick up, but the employee at the counter quickly resolved it and got me on my way. I asked another employee a few questions and had a very positive experience from both of them. The truck was clean and easy to use, dropping off was a breeze, and I was charged exactly what was estimated. People need to calm down.”
