“My car was past due for an oil change. I looked up jiffy lube because I remembered seeing them in the paper and I peeled off a coupon for an oil change at jiffy lube. I did not have much time to wait for an oil change so this worked out perfectly. Service was quick, courteous & thorough! I wish I had the name of the gentleman that met me at my vehicle, opened the car as well as the lobby door and escorted me into to the lobby. “I got a surprise delivery from a family member. The bouquet was delivered to the leasing office and a miscommunication by the delivery driver and myself. It took my leasing office 5 days to contact me to let me know that I had flowers delivered. They were obviously died by this time. I contacted the company and Brittany was super sympathetic and promptly delivered a new bouquet the next day. They went above and beyond to make sure we were happy.
