“We just learned about Jake's! What a great find! Highly recommended especially after a trip to the dentist next door (though we love them too). My mother used to always take me to a real toy shop after the dentist and so the tradition continues. Lots of friendly help and no pressure sales. “This Starbucks location inside the King Soopers is probably the busiest one I've ever seen. Its atmosphere is similar to the experience you would get at an actual Starbucks. I know that they were talking about opening a location in replacement of the El Senor Sol restaurant next to Walgreen's to alleviate some of the congestion this location has. The staff is extremely friendly and will start to remember you and your drink order the more often you come in. The poor reviews of this location are due to the very high standards the Ralston Valley area has.”

“We read some negative reviews of this place but decided to try it anyway. We have had two pickup orders here and were very satisfied. They no longer do the express ready to go pizza pickup, but if you call in your order it's ready very quickly, like 10-15 minutes. If we order from Dominoes or Papa Johns its usually 45 minutes. The crust is tasty and I have enjoyed the toppings we have tried so far. The 12" is plenty for one person (you will be stuffed) if not a little too much. So a 12" would definitely feed two kids. The staff was noticeably friendly. If I walk in and the front desk person is on the phone, someone from the back hustles up to assist, which is lovely. We will be back.”

“I have been a huge Volvo SUV fan since my first one in 2007. I bought a brand new one in 2016 due to the large amount of business travel I do. On my way from Florida to the Rockies outside of Denver, my engine light came on. Knowing I could not go up to the mountains with that issue, I called this service center and explained my dilemma. I was set up with service advisor Chris, and he was overwhelmingly helpful in squeezing me in first thing the next morning. When I arrived for my appointment, my vehicle was hooked up to a diagnostic computer and a YouTube video was created explaining the issue with my vehicle. It was fairly minor and the cost minimal. I was on my way within a few hours with the issue taken care of. During the entire time I was there, I was communicated with regularly. The entire staff was extremely friendly and upbeat...you could see they enjoyed helping solve customer issues! This dealership takes customer service to the highest level! I highly recommend them!
