You sign up via a notification system at the store so you’ll receive a message once it’s your turn to shop. I was able to browse the boutique and was offered complementary drinks. After a short while I got a sales assistant assigned who took great care of me. I don’t understand the negative reviews but I can imagine if you don’t come with a plan to purchase anything your mindset might be different.
