“First of all I wanted to say how amazing it was to find a place that offers a short term lease at a reasonable rate. There was a fire at the house we were set to move into the following month; the repairs to make the house habitable are extensive and may take 3 or more months. The lease at our current house is set to end in 8 days, leaving us in a very bad situation and we needed to find short term housing at the last minute. We searched and searched to find any place that offered a short term or month to month lease, which is in itself very difficult. But to find an affordable option on top of that was impossible. We were so happy an relieved to find Griffis offered a 4 month lease at a very reasonable price. The leasing agent Sergio that showed the unit was very professional and personable from the beginning. He was thorough and explained the each phase of the rental process so we never had any questions. After we submitted our application the process was very quick. However, we did run into an issue where we were not sure if we were going to get approved for the lease. After we spoke with Sergio about the situation we thought were going to have to go back to searching. But he went out of his way to ensure we were in fact approved for the lease. This is above and beyond good customer service, and we definitely cant thank him enough for going the extra mile. We were so impressed and grateful that he would do that for us, when he really didn't have to. These days is not often you find people that are proficient at their job, but to find someone that exceeds your expectations is almost unheard of. “I am a 79-year old male. For 30 years my wife and I lived in Vail, CO. When it became necessary to have my wife’s cancer treated with chemo we knew we had to move to the Denver area since the treatment required was not available in Vail. In 2019 we moved to Castle Rock. We were referred to a dental practice in Greenwood Village by our Vail dentist. That practice was fine but I fell in love with my dental hygienist. She was as good or better than our hygienist in Vail. In early 2022 I was informed by our hygienist that she (Ms. Kelly O’Brien Huff) was moving to another dental practice. I had an allegiance to Kelly but not to the dental practice she was leaving. So I followed Kelly to the Cottonwood Dental Group and Dr. Sarah Parsons. I could not be happier. I have Kelly and Dr. Sarah who is right there with my 30-year Vail dentist. My only interaction with Dr. Sarah (whose Mom & Dad are both dentists, now retired) has been an oral exam and X-rays. Dr. Sarah knows my only goal with oral health is “to keep what I have”. No unnecessary procedures except for what is truly needed. I see Kelly 3x yearly and Dr. Sarah at least 1x yearly or when Kelly thinks it is necessary. The Front Office is in full command of a very smart lady named Ursula. I promise nothing gets by Ms. Ursula. Dr. Sarah is fortunate to have such a great team. You cannot go wrong by choosing Cottonwood Dental Group for your family’s dental care. Period!!!”

“This is the best BBQ I have had in Colorado so far. I know some people were complaining about the slowness of the food and prices, but it’s all about perspective. I’m sure it would have cost quite a bit in any bigger city you went to. Sure, you might find cheaper BBQ somewhere else in Colorado, but in my experience, there isn’t too much places for good BBQ in this state. When I was there, the service was not slow. I split a sandwich with my wife that more than filled both of us up. We took the ribs and brisket to go and really enjoyed both the next day. The food is healthy portions. You might get 3 ribs if you order half a meal. Same goes with the brisket. It might not seem like much, but it filled both my wife and me up. All their meat is smoked and fall off the bone good. Burnt ends were really good too. BBQ sauce was pretty good, but the meat is where they shine. I definitely plan on going back here.”

“No one wants to ever call anyone about their appliances failing, that in itself is a bad experience. Once we called Mighty the dispatch was knowledgeable, friendly and had us set up with an appointment the same day. They work around your schedule and your needs, especially if it’s an emergency. Once Roy (Tech/Plumber) got here, he was very professional and friendly. He got down to work and inspected our needs / root of our problems. Our last water heater was installed badly and that’s the reason it failed. We ended up getting a free quote and by the next day we were already getting our heater installed and up to code. Roy, Jordan, and Cesar were extremely helpful with any questions we had, they went out of their way to make sure we were happy/satisfied with not only the quality of the work but with the payment options they have. All in all they take care of you like family and wouldn’t hesitate to call Mighty Plumbing and Heating for any of our needs.”
