“Buff City has a fantastic variety of soap fragrances and products, bath bombs, and other good smelling items. I was a bit hesitant about using a bar soap because all I remember was the film it would leave (been using liquid soap for years). This was not the case with Buff soap!! Rinsed nicely and left a slight scent of the kind used, love it!! Used the beard oil last night and it is feeling nice and soft this morning. Quite satisfied with it so far. ☺️ Last but not least, definitely check out their mystery boxes!!! $7 and each one came with 3 or 4 sampler products. We got 3 of them and were able to trade and try new stuff. Will definitely be coming back next time we need to stock up!!”

“My experience with the motor vehicle section. I came to get a new title as I recently purchased a vehicle. With this being my first car purchase, I had no idea what to prepare. I prepared as much as I could and waited in line on a Monday. It was really busy. When my number was called, the employee was very helpful to explain the additional documents I needed and what to do for my next visit. Unfortunately I was not able to get a title the same day due to that but my next visit was very good experience. I came during a Thursday. I went in early and it was almost empty. The staff was quick to help me and explained all my options and etc. Got my title and was able to reuse my old plates. Later I came back in the afternoon because I accidentally destroyed one of my stickers for my plates. The office was still pretty empty for some odd reason and i got the same employee. She was very understanding and explained what was needed to get a new sticker. I got what I needed and headed out in a few minutes. Staff is great and the overall experience was good. Definitely pick the right time to go if you don't want to wait too long.”
