(September 5, 2018, 1:34 pm)Love these apartments! I've lived in Sunnyside for the past two years in a 3 bedroom apartment with my husband and our 2 kids. The units are very spacious and the neighborhood is a great area to live in, very quiet and safe. Staff and maintenance are very friendly as well. I'll definitely be renewing again.

(August 12, 2018, 7:37 am)I love Sunnyside Apartments. The staff is super helpful and the apartments are large. There is plenty of nearby shopping you can walk to. Heating is with natural gas and the apartments are newer plus well insulated so the cost to heat (or cool) is minimal, especially compared to other locations. Smyrna is quieter and safer than Dover or Newark with better schools. There are also Doctors offices, a 24 hour fitness facility, daycare for children and adults right next door and a grocery store and good restaurants / bars are within walking distance. Parking is ample and the lot is well lit. The Smyrna police department is amazing and actually patrols the parking lots (and surrounding areas) and keeps riff-raff out.

(August 12, 2018, 6:47 am)Very large newer apartments that are inexpensive to heat/cool, great school district, AMPLE parking, responsive maintenance staff, friendly neighbors. I’m very happy here. Occasionally the Town of Smyrna flushes it’s water mains and that causes rust colored water but Smyrna gives you advance notice via the local newspaper.

(August 8, 2018, 10:28 am)I just recently left Sunnyside due to a job transfer, after 6 years of being a resident, and honeslty I wish I could've stayed longer. I've had a great experience with the staff and maintenance over the years. This has also been one of the most peaceful neighborhoods I've stayed in, not to mention the units are beautifully built. I will definitely be recommending it to friends and family!
