“PROS: Elena, our sales person, gets 5 stars for her service. She was very informative and patient in answering our questions. We are pleased with the recliner we bought. It gets 5 stars as well. CONS: This store does not have a great selection of Flex-steel products which was our main focus. We went to a store in a near-by state that has an extensive selection of Flex-steel recliners and sofas and made our choice and then contacted Elena with that choice. This is a revised review. The owner contacted us after reading my initial post. He wanted to clarify some points I brought up in the review and make things right for us. I was very pleased he reached out to us and felt that he was going the extra mile in customer service. I deleted parts of the first review. Overall, I really like the store, Elena, and I would most definitely shop there again and I recommend it for furniture shopping.”
