I just finished the Inner Light Yoga teacher training, and it was fantastic - so well crafted and Rita and Jennifer were incredible guides on the journey. Inner Light is a great place to go to learn yoga or to deepen your practice. A welcoming community of people at all levels.
Inner Light Yoga is a great studio, the teachers are very knowledgable and teach us to build our own awareness. The people that attend are kind and supportive, making practicing a pleasure with them. Each class teaches us to feel the breath and relax the body, you will leave feeling amazing. I highly recommend this studio to beginners and long term practicioners.
My favorite place for a great yoga flow! Attention is paid to the mind, the breath and the body, and the results are fabulous. Very welcoming and appropriate for all levels. I've even seen the instructors working with new students before class to teach some basics and make them feel comfortable.
I for the first time have continued to practice yoga for more then 18 months. I have started practicing and then stopped many times previously. But these classes have finally convinced me that I am doing the right thing for my body, and mind. All the teachers are very good about helping everyone feel comfortable and doing what is best for them. Everyone is encouraged to make the practice their own. I continue to practice two nights a week and have to rush from my job to get there but it is always worth it in the end. I am healthier and happier then ever.
I absolutely recommend Inner Light! I enjoy the atmosphere of the studio which is always welcoming and clean. The instructors are extremely helpful and dedicated to ensuring everyone is comfortable & grows in their practice. They offer classes for all levels along with workshops that focus on meditation and relaxation. You’ll love it! Their prices are also very reasonable, especially compared to other studios in the area.
