  Since starting at this great studio I have seen an improvement in all my race times. I didn't know anything about yoga but I felt very welcome here. Great staff. Great studio. Not stuffy. Love it here and feel so good after every class.

  I love this studio and the classes. It is a nice friendly relaxed place. The classes are wonderful and make me feel great. I was nervous to try yoga but after my first class I'm sorry I didn't try sooner. I have been going for a few months now and I already feel a huge difference.

  Three years ago, I became a client at Yoga U and it was a life-changer for me. I was exhausted from my current barre workout (and my life in general) and desperately needed a change of pace. Yoga U's classes helped me work all of my muscle groups while gaining flexibility as well as peace of mind. I leave every class feeling refreshed and ready to tackle whatever comes next in my day. The instructors are amazing and the overall mood at the studio is so welcoming. Thanks Yoga U!

  The teachers at Yoga U are so supportive of all abilities, it is always a wonderful experience to practice. I always feel well after a session, physically and mentally. And I am convinced I am stronger and healthier in general since attending. It is never too late to start.

  To say that Yoga U is a special place would be an understatement. This wonderful environment has helped me become stronger when I felt weak, has taught me to relax in times of chaos, and has opened my heart to peace and my mind to clearer thinking. I am lucky to say that this sanctuary has made me a better person. The entire studio staff is kind, patient, welcoming, friendly and all-around amazing. If you are hoping to create a healthy mind, body and soul for yourself… Yoga U is the place for you.
