“This is my personal getaway. My friend and I have been to this hotel at least 3 times. She stated to the front desk manager of an issue we had with a room we had and we were granted a comp room. Ms. Wendy is always delighted to see us as we are when we see her. Friendly staff and very helpful. We'll be back”

“So my business partner and I show up and the woman (Ashley?) at reception is on the phone with a customer. She politely asks us to wait as she sorts out the call. The person on the other end clearly hasn’t traveled since the 90s based on the side I heard. Ashley was polite and understanding. She helped whoever was on the call and then helped us. Normally we stay in Wilmington when in town (I’m here 1-2 times a month) but, even though the hotel ain’t near much, I’m going to stay here from now cause that woman is an angel. The room was clean and quiet which are at the top of my list of requirements. You can’t go wrong with this place.”

“Beautiful rooms. I was surprised to see the full sized refrigerator. The kitchen and dining area gave the feel of a condo. The front desk wasn't the friendliness but that was the only down fall.”

“We have been staying here for years. Always clean and friendly staff. Under construction now as they are changing owners, but it wasn't an inconvenience.”

“I really enjoyed my stay here. A gentleman named Rick checked me in and he was friendly and knowledgeable. Cathy L was extremely nice. I met her the next morning. She is an amazing person and will make you feel right at home. Thank you both so much for making mine and my daughters stay pleasant. The shower was great. The water pressure was far better than most hotels I've stayed at. If I am ever in the area, this is the only place I will stay.”

“My fiance and I lived in the milan motel for literally over a month, and I'm surprised by the quality of my stay. The owner was flexible and friendly. The room itself was definitely disappointing, but its clean and you can't expect more based in what you are paying. Most critical part of this location is the fact that they have smoking rooms. Don't expect the worst stay but don't hold high expectations????”

“I give this location 5 stars even tho it isn't considered "luxurious". Depending on one's individual needs, 1 week cost us $270. The rooms could be thought of as "ghetto". In comparison to other motels, the rooms aren't very special but they have the needed basics. There's a coin operated washer & dryer, a vending machine of sodas, & a vending machine of candy. Coming from homelessness, my fiance and I weren't picky when coming there in search of a steady place to temporarily live. Many others who too made this motel their home. Only a few people who worked there, however they all were friendly & very easy to get along with. We tried staying at other motels, but they were very pricey & offered the same amenities. Overall, I personally believe that the Knights Inn is underappreciated, unless you're lucky to be wealthy enough to have other "luxurious" options????????????️”
