From the very first time I reached out to him, 2 years ago, when he told me my carpet had a few more years of life left, to our most recent encounter which is when we finally pulled the trigger and replaced all of our carpet. He was on time for every meeting and was prepared with all the samples that he thought I would like (based on what I told him of course). He helped me to select a carpet that would meet my families needs. Once we signed a contract with him, he continued to be on time with his appointments and his communication meeting and even going above all of my expectations.
