“Great organization. The magic shop is a social enterprise storefront with limited magic inventory, yet great for some magic gifts. Proceeds go to support 826DC, a writing center for talented and aspiring DC authors. You can purchase books from the authors in the Magic Supply storefront, as well. Five stars”

“I have been coming to this store pretty frequently ever since I moved to Logan Circle circa 2017. Cork and Fork establishment has a meticulous selection from many of the prominent old wine regions (From Chianti, Tuscany, Bordeaux, even Georgian) to the new regions from Chile, SA etc. Dominique (or end with c), Anna and Antoinette are subject matter experts in their wine domain. Dominique specializes in champagne in particular and Anna more in the aesthetics and overall structure of anything in the store. So they know their stuff fairly well and if you are someone who needs something within a certain price range of a certain body and age, be sure to ask and you shall receive. Over years, I have loved speaking to them in more detail about wine (considering I am more of a dilettante) and have always been rewarded by what they managed to pull out of shelf on every occasion. I think there was only one such rare occasion that I didn't like what was recommended and Anna later gave me another bottle free of cost which I remember to being decent compared to the former. So I highly recommend Cork and Fork for any wine enthusiasts of any level of matured palate and even if you are on a budget (there is a 4 bottles for $44 special, can't be beat even by the cheapest selection from Joes or Whole foods).”

“First time here. Forester needed an oil change and checking out a sound from front tire ( it was brakes lol). They were friendly and reasonably priced. I’m local, and I will return here for certain.”

“Corey and Eric worked extremely hard on a very serious charge I was cited for. Although I had a lot of evidence in my favor, and I wasn’t guilty of the crime, the prosecution would not budge one bit. He knew that with my previous convictions, it was very unlikely I would get an acquittal regardless as to the evidence in my favor proving my innocence. Corey and Eric managed to work a deal with the prosecution that would take a fourth-degree felony and drop it to a misdemeanor. Also, I’m sure a lot of you would think ” Why would he plead guilty to a crime he didn’t commit? “....Well unfortunately the way our system is set up, it costs an extraordinary amount time and money to prove your innocence and if you go to trial and lose, you’ll get the maximum penalty imposed on you, which for me would have been a year. So sometimes it’s in your best interest to plead to a lesser charge in order to save you money and keep your job so you can continue to take care of your family. It’s extremely unfair, but that’s the way it is. The Flowers Law Firm is by far the best representation I’ve ever had and he was very up front with me and always answered or returned my calls. So if you ever need representation on a serious matter, I would most definitely recommend The Flowers Law Firm.”

“Just got my new Roman shades installed from the Shade Store in my ktichen and they are truly fabulous (follow up in six months)! My sales associate, Jordanna, assisted me and stayed in communication with me from day one (appreciate that). She also was helpful in selecting an accomodating fabric (shade novice I am). And lastly, my installer, Nicholas, was great. On time, considerate of my home (mask and booties) and went beyond the call of duty to make sure I was pleased. Saving up for maybe another room.”

“This store and the employees make me feel like family. Always greeted it a smile, Shelves are for the most part stocked except when those immature teens steal everything that's not nailed down. Great customer service and friendly environment. ”

“Given the high customer throughput of this fine establishment, you'd expect it to be way worse in terms of available inventory and orderliness/cleanliness. This is not due to mere coincidence, but the thankless efforts of a diligent, kind staff. Don't get me wrong, they'll quickly handle any of the craziness the street sends in their door. The difference is they'll just do it in an efficient, yet endearing manner that keeps me coming back. Also, whatever your late-night menu choice may be, the donuts are usually on point, especially the chocolate bars.”

“This morning I came to the Sprint store and met Dion. I was looking to purchase a new phone and get someone to explain the plan. He explained how it worked in full detail and helped me get the phone with no money down or spent in the store. He worked with me for 2 hours teaching, learning, talking and just making sure I was completely secure in using my new phone. He was great today. I feel fabulous, like a newborn and I am reconnected with the world!!! THANK YOU DION!!!!”

“I go in here almost once a week, and the staff are always super friendly and welcoming. It's hit or miss on whether you find something you like, but that's the nature of thrifting! Also, while the credit/cash returns on the garments I bring in could be a biiiit better, the staff seem to always take 90-95% of what I bring in ????. Buffalo Exchange is definitely a go to spot for anyone looking for lightly used fashion forward garments on a budget in the DC area!”

“I was super impressed with the customer service! Dianne spent a lot of time explaining the options and helping me choose-even moving furniture so that the 2 recliners I was considering would be next to each other and easier to try out. She was patient while I tried everything and answered all of my questions very knowledgeably, but with no pressure. Sarah placed the order with me, and was also very patient and helpful with all of my questions about products, payment, and delivery. After I finished the order and left the store, Sarah discovered a way that I could get my recliner more quickly, and called me to present that option in case I wanted to adjust my order. The recliners are amazing and the staff went above and beyond!”

“If I could rate more than 5 stars, I would. Honest outfit with knowledgeable staff. Don't overcharge you for labor on minor repairs. They tell you the truth and don't oversell you on additional tweaks if you can get on safely without the tweaks. Brought my bike in here twice for a front derailleur adjustment the first and new inner tube/to fix a bent chain ring. They've fixed both quickly and easily without me having to leave the store. Would definitely recommend for just about anyone with a bike.”
