Cesar, who handled the delivery, arrived right on time and gave me a thorough walkthrough of the Vespa. Thanks to him, I was able to present it to my wife as an anniversary gift, and the timing could not have been better.

I cannot share enough words of gratitude and admiration for my love of this shop. Specifically Aaron of finance and Jacob of maintenance, they were both made my first buying experience not only fun but knowledgable and easy. I've been looking to get my first bike for around 4 months now, going from shop to shop looking for bikes and a good sales teams that was excited to sell me a bike. I quickly learned that what I was looking for was actually pretty rare for shops. But when I found Prime motorcycles and gave them a call, Aaron from Finance was quick to not only learn about me, but share his experiences with riding and background in finance. You could tell he was simply just excited and enthusiastic for people buying their first bike. It was a complete culture shock compared to the other Shops I had been to in the past.
