“Frank and his staff went above and beyond for customer service satisfaction. Today was actually my first time going to northern tools. My husband loves northern tool and as the holidays approach I order something for my husband online for christmas( I might add that they are cheapest prices around) and they called me to pick it up item a couple days ago. Well today I decided I have arrands to do and I'll swing by and pick up my order ..long story short I called to see if by chance I could have an associate bring out my order to me in my car cause a had my baby and today happened to be cold and heavy rain...Frank the store manager didn't even hesitate on the phone and said "absolutely, stay in your car and we will bring it out to you" he got my order number and name and was outside with my order less then 5 minutes. Moral of this story is that Frank, the store manager, went above and beyond for the customer and I think that is such a great role model for a leadership postion. It may have seemed simple and small gesture but it ment alot to me because bringing babies/ kids inside stores can sometimes be challenging and on top of it pouring rain..A simple, small gesture can go so far.. I am so grateful for that experience and want to give credit, where credit is due.
