My first visit there today and I would highly recommend. Everyone was very friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable. Dr. Azwell was great at soothing my daughter down for the dilation eye drops. She had many different techniques that worked for both she and I. Freda knew everyone that walked in the door and had a big smile for all. I even witnessed Freda being especially accommodating to a gentleman with special needs. Near the end of my visit it got quite chaotic in there with a few children running around and the whole staff was exceptional at redirecting them and getting all the children to settle down. I can't rave enough.

Every time I go to this office, the staff and the doctor are always super friendly. All of them are so nice and very helpful. I appreciate the fact I can go there and they will help you however they can. Thanks to everyone there. You are my eyeglass home!

Let me start off by saying I am a manager for Pinch A Penny here in Titusville and I deal with customers on a daily basis. I just had an interaction with a gentleman named Zac and his customer service was top-notch he helped me out around every single corner he was extremely courteous and respectful that gentleman is an absolute asset to your company.
