“GLOWING 5 stars for Salesman Tom Carver!! Tom helped by husband and I in our search for his dream truck, a new 2022Rubicon Gladiator with a few additional packages. Tom is extremely kind, friendly, professional, helpful, transparent, thoughtful, knowledgeable and just all around a pleasant person! He was not at all what everyone thinks of as a "sales person", but what every sales person should be! He cared more about my husband getting everything he wanted than closing a sale that day (both of which happened). He insisted that we not settle with such a big purchase and he get everything he wants. We were already pretty knowledgeable about what specific vehicle he wanted, so Tom didn't bog us down with a sales pitch on why this truck is so great and why we should buy it. He went the extra mile to explain the warranty in detail and how to maintain the warranty, which I really appreciated because we went to Boniface Hiers specifically for the Warranty Forever. On a side note: One of my hermit crabs wouldn't come out of the corner for 2 weeks since I got him. I put in these goodies and was so happy to see him out and eating with his buddy that night.
