“It's NYE and I never, I mean ever stop at this location for mail because I get mail at home. On this hectic day, Kristen the supervisor at the Merritt Island location made my day!! She responded to my delivery issue (long story with an address change and change of mailbox lock, no keys) in the morning and by the end of the day, had my package given to me at my doorstep. Excellent customer service & family environment I felt when greeted and asked for her when I walked in. I tried not to get my hopes up when she told me "she could call the carrier to see if he's in the area to meet you for the lock change". She came back moments later to tell me "If I left now, the carrier could meet me at the mailbox. Also, the lock was changed already and the keys can stick if you can't open the box." Good stuff!!! Thank you!!! I got home in minutes before the carrier showed up to let me in and to grab the partial box key and my NYE outfit handed to me, in a bag of course! Customer service level is top notch in my opinion. You made my issue easy & relaxed so thank you for your very helpful phone call to the carrier and being there for the locals! “My daughter had the opportunity to work with Tina for her Senior Photos. Tina did an amazing job with her hair, make-up and of course the photos turned out beautiful! Tina is very easy going and I love her creativity. She made sure to make my daughter feel special on her senior photo day and captured some really awesome shots. I ran into a problem prior to the date of our appointment with a prop not being delivered on time, so Tina went out of her way to figure out a solution to help us with her formal senior pic. That was something I did not expect. I am really pleased with our experience working with Tina and I would " HIGHLY RECOMMEND" her to anyone !! Thank you Tina for all you do and you rock!!”

“I have had to visit the Clerk's office many times and for various reasons. Each time, I have been met with exceptional friendly and helpful staff. My wait times have never been long at all, under 10 minutes. They offer many services, including passport pictures. The cost for this is very reasonable compared with other places. Parking right out front, including handicap parking. They open at 8am, and close at 5pm (I think). I always go in the morning.”
