Adrian is the best cycle instructor there is, what a great workout, its like your riding your bike on road with other people. AWESOME!!!

Ultimate Workout Davie is the real deal. A wonderful community of instructors and staff that care about you, your family, your growth and your health. I am so grateful for the staff and team and for their sincere kindness they have shown me and my family. Every class is challenging and rewarding. Especially during COVID-19, the staff worked tirelessly to help all of us stay mentally and physically fit. Thank you for all you do and have done. Will continue to workout here for many years to come.

Wow. This place is amazing. They have so many different classes to choose from. All of their rooms are very big and the instructors are all very well trained. Ellen, the owner of OrangeTheory, still teaches there. Casey is one of my favorites there too. Miss Sue behind the desk is very friendly and she is always looking to help you out. The machines they have are very fun and make the class much harder. Check it out if you want to really work!
