However, after speaking with Lauren and actually going there in person, she and the other office staff were very nice, professional and accommodating. His energy, his jumpsuit, his music choices, his constant motivation throughout the workout, and his ability to make that room his own for 45 minutes had me in shock. The large, new space has so much more room to accommodate other coaches and their clients and there’s a variety of equipment to meet the needs of any training approach. “I have been Dr Gould's patient for the last 5 years and he has been great. Today he didnt feel comfortable about my blood pressure and immediately ordered an ultrasound. After the nurse finished the ultrasound, he came to the room and examined himself. At the end all was good. He is a great Doctor and Thank you for caring. Reviews about the staff is just not fair. They are trying their best within the current system. I have never had a negative experience with them.”
