No church like it in South Florida where you do not feel like you need to wear a mask, you are welcomed exactly as you are flaws and all and where they don't tell you what to think but give you all the information so that you can think for yourself. Pastor Danny shares his journey and takes us along for the ride, helping everyone feel like they can evolve too. There is no perfect church but this one feels like a comfy pair of jeans!”

“South Florida's rich culture was easily absorbed after experiencing the old home on the property. It's decorated the same as it was nearly 100 years ago and you can walk through to experience it yourself. The guides inside the home are very friendly and tell you stories about the property and those who loved there. The scheduled trolley takes you aroud the property and they explain the plants, fruit trees, animals, landscape and indigenous who once resided on the land. There are birds and animals everywhere. It was a lovely experience. The bear on the property was obviously hot and ubcomfortable as the climate is not suitable for bears. Though it's been domesticated and can't be released into the wild, it would probably fair better in a cooler climate. The snack bar could do with additional options to bring in more revenue but apart from that, it's a lovely spot to visit for both locals and visitors”

“Yes, this is an actual photo I took while there. Was at Flamingo Gardens for an outside wedding. It was beautiful. Staff was very attentitve. Wild life was abundant with amazing botanicals. Really a serene and enjoyable atmosphere.”

“This was an incredible find. If you have time to spend here...DO IT! it was $20 to get in but worth every penny. They have many kinds of birds, a panther, a bear and of course flamingos. You can walk at your own pace, or take a 25 min tram tour. There is also an interactive wildlife adventure session. The flowers and plants are amazing and the entire grounds are well kept. There are snacks and smoothies available and a gift shop. They are only open from 9 to 5 and they close promptly at 5pm. Take the time to enjoy this treasure.”

“Absolutely LOVED this KOA! Our room was so neat! It had these bunk beds with a rock wall that the kids loved! The pool was well taken care of and warm, with beautiful palm trees in the background. My son loved the pond and the baby ducks. The staff was very welcoming and friendly and gave us plenty of help with restaurant choices and day trips to take. Would highly recommend this KOA.”
