(August 3, 2018, 3:20 pm)Love this place! Intimate, multiple choices of workouts and time schedules. I do personal training and TRX/Spin classes. Carles Brown is by far the best coach! Her passion will overwhelm you, she pushes you without intimidating you! Been going for 4 months, will be going forever!!

(February 21, 2018, 3:33 pm)Amazing classes, all the ladies who teach are super skilled and friendly. Incredible workout, I'm already noticing significant results and increase in core strength after a month. Reasonably priced, clean and well equipped. I'm not one to enjoy workouts, but I really look forward to coming every week, and the hour goes by quickly. This place has such a good vibe, I'd recommend to anyone!
(March 24, 2017, 10:44 pm)From the moment you walk in you are greeted by name, but having a trainer like Coach C, is priceless! I recently signed up at the Vault one month ago and I have seen AMAZING results in such a short period of time. Coach C takes the time to get to know ALL of her clients. She often sends out individual (no group texting) text messages reminding you about upcoming classes and sometimes just a text to say you did a great job. That personal touch makes a difference because all of her classes are always full. She teaches spinning, TRX, spin and shred and personal small group training. Each class is always different, challenging and very motivational. I couldn't be happier to make the Vault my fitness home.
