  Just came back from our first ever RV trip and our first rental with ASC. I cannot thank Jon and his team enough for all the professionalism they displayed from the reservation process thru to dropping off the RV. Top notch all the way.
  
  Upon our arrival, Jon spent all the time we needed to fully understand the features on the RV. During the contracting phase, we never felt an "upsell" pressure to pay for additional items such as cleaning, discharging and fuel fees.
  
  I did extensive research before choosing ASC and I read ALL the reviews. And paid special attention to the negative ones. I empathize with the negative reviewers as I can imagine how frustrating it can be when something goes wrong. But sometimes they do. When dealing with Jon, I just got the sense that ASC was out to build repeat customers and therefore would do what they could to make things right.
  
  Would I rent from them again? Hell yeah. In fact, I'm planning on doing so for our next trip in October.

  Great company to rent from! The customer service was exceptional as well. I had a question after hours and there was always someone I could reach. Thanks Gail, Jon, and Von!!
