  Making the online appointment for service was easy and then on time when I arrived. Everyone was very nice, special thanks to Jose, who efficiently managed the service. I got a good video describing what was being done-- something new for me. And pick-up was a breeze. So far, repairs seem great, too.

  Was purchasing my lease. Great & fast experience with Daniel my sales person, 5 star. Going through finance department took a while but was also a good experience. Have the car inspected took forever, 1 star. If I were in the dealership business I would work on streamlining the process to get through it all faster. 4 hours to purchase my lease and was not financed. The wait is the only reason I did not give 5 stars.

  We’ve been on the hunt for an suv for months to replace our car. The day has arrived where we got our beautiful atlas crossover with Julian. He was so so professional and handled us w care. The whole process took about 2 hours with test driving dif models and it was rly rly easy decision. We also got help from Vlad who I believe is the finance guy? Super cool dude, informative, knowledgeable and overall great energy. Lastly I believe his name was James he’s the car wiz guy. Talk to him before you leave with your new car- he will gladly teach you everything he knows.

  Great experience with Jesse in the service department. He helped me get my car back to where it needs to be, kept it at a reasonable price. Excellent service was provided with the rental area as well. Melanie has a great attitude and friendly disposition, and David kept it up to make sure I had good service all around showing great teamwork. Great job you guys!

  Clean facilities professional staff except the lady who directs the traffic while we are entering. Always a problem, no good at understanding English. She should not be the 1st person the customer sees. Other than that we love GVW the rest of the staff and the videos they send.
