Excellent Gym, With Top Level Trainers. Atmosphere Is Superb!!

A well equipped gym, well organized changing and wash rooms, all equipment is cleaned after use for hygiene purposes.

This gym is great for a variety of reasons As a woman you'll always feel safe because there aren't any random people in there - everyone that is there is either with a trainer or is being trained by one of the owners - unlike other gyms where you have no idea where the people have come from. I have a real thing about neatness and cleanliness and this gym meets my needs, it's clean, neat and people pick up after themselves. Most of the people there are professionals which is quite inspiring; it's a different level of commitment than you get at a regular gym that anyone can use. Finally , the mix is men to women is almost even which is pretty cool. Highly recommend!

Awesome gym, the owners Richard and Jenny are fantastic and encourage all their clients. The facility is always kept impeccable clean and spotless. The clientele are very professional and courteous and look out for each other. I train there 4-5 times a week with my fantastic trainer Angel Chion...Thank you Amp'd Up and and Angel for getting where I am today!!
