I was there last year..forgot to review..l had a bike that was in storage..dry rotted tires..rust..but a good quality bike..they told me what it would take to fix it up,did NOT push me to buy a new bike..l ended up spending about $250 and could not believe it was the same bike! Awesome customer service!

Great place for anything bicycle related. Knowledgeable people, good prices and good atmosphere. Will also give you fair value for trades. My go to bike shop. Got these two for my son and myself from them.

Big Wheel is one of the best bike shops in South Florida. My experience here has been amazing. They have a great inventory of bikes, accessories, tools, clothing, etc. I would like to thank Andrew, who has been exceptional in helping me purchase my new Specialized Tarmac SL7. Even though the bike was not available at first, He has made the purchase a smooth process. He made sure to give me updates on the shipping ETA and make sure I selected the right components based on my cycling style. The staff at the shop is like a big family, they are always willing to help and provide you excellent recommendations. I highly recommend anyone looking to purchase and service their bike to check out the Big Wheel Bike shop.

What a great shop! I bought a new Mongoose online and it was delivered only partially assembled. I decided it was best to find a professional to do the assembly for obvious safety reasons. I did some research. I live in Wilton Manors so being in Hollywood, Big Wheel was not my first choice on paper.

After making several calls and general inquiries I decided this was going to be worth the drive. And was it ever worth the drive! I got there at 3:30 on a Busy Saturday afternoon. There was a bit of a wait but no worries. To me that is a good sign that they were busy. Plus I could tell there were lots of regulars and I could tell the staff paid much attention to each persons individual needs. Despite how busy it was, they seemed calm friendly, knowledgeable and didn’t seem to rush anyone.

I fully expected the gentleman who helped me that I would have to wait at least until Monday to pick up my back. He said he would try to push it through and he was a man of his word.. I picked up my beautiful new mountain bike at 6:30. It was expertly assembled. They even put the owners manual on the handlebars as if I had purchased the bike from them. The icing was the price was so reasonable. I was going to try it myself, bit honestly the cost of the tools I needed was much more than the price they charged me. I know because I had shopped it the night before. Now I plan to go back Monday for some accessories, a helmet, maybe some cool Oakley sunglasses. They have it all.

I will continue to make the drive as this is now my go to store for all things bike related. Put this place at the top of your list. I highly recommend it. It was so good that I was inspired to write this review. That’s a rarity for me...
