“Had an impromptu family gathering here in December 2019. Price was extremely fair and excellent bedding for everyone! Super large ceilings in a wide open space with our own personal balcony, that just happened to be facing the ocean about 150' from the penthouse - unobstructed. Looking to relax on the beach? Walk 50 feet. Looking to fish? The pier is about a block away. Looking to have a raging party with friends? Full Kitchen, Large Den/Living Room (with a 70"+ Cable TV), super close to multiple bars/restaurants and a bigass PRIVATE BALCONY. My family and I are discussing a week long rental later this year, just because of the atmosphere, peace and quiet, and amazing views. This rental was more than worth the memories and fun times shared with friends and family!”

“My first impression when I walked into one of the rooms on the second flood of the Elmar Boutique hotel was just WOW and WOW!!! The room is modern, spacious,, quiet, and spotless. The room offers partial ocean view from the east side, and A1A on the west side. The pool is clean, large and heated, and perfect after a beach day! Great restaurants and fun bars are just a few steps away. Perfect gateway place for couples or group of friends.”

“This was a great little hidden gem. The staff were friendly and even went above and beyond. I requested an early check in because of when our flight was getting in and they called me to see when we would be there to get our room ready. It was nice also they have a coin operated laundry room so you don't have to bring sandy clothes back home. The view was beautiful and steps away from the beach. If your not a beach person the pool was a nice added feature. You are also a walk away from Restaurants and bars so if the hustle and bustle of downtown Fort Lauderdale isn't for you there is a more laid back place to go. When we travel again we have found our new home away from home.”

“My wife and I stayed here while on vacation, and really loved our experience. I looked around at various options in Lauderdale by the Sea for a while, and ultimately decided on Blue Seas Courtyard after reading the glowing reviews. The property and staff completely lived up to everything I read, and I won't hesitate to stay here again when returning to Lauderdale by the Sea. I'm not entirely sure which type of room we rented, since we booked it through CC points that didn't list options, but I believe it was the efficiency studio. The room wasn't huge but it provided everything we needed and more, including a very usable kitchen, dresser, and TV. It was quite clean and decorated in the same hacienda style as the rest of the property. Very well done interior overall, and not just random generic hotel art. There are plenty of beach chairs, umbrellas, and bikes available to guests, and even a hose that we used to rinse our scuba gear in a plastic tub that was also provided. We were really blown away by how thoughtfully set up everything was. Our favorite part overall though, was definitely the pool/courtyard area in the evening. The property itself is beautifully styled and well kept, with original art dotting the buildings as well as custom tile work. At night, it goes from great to "holy cow" when the lighting comes on and creates an absolutely beautiful ambiance. We really enjoyed hanging out by the pool and getting to meet the other guests in such a neat environment. There are fancier hotels/resorts in the area, but the Blue Seas Courtyard is really something special that manages to go way beyond what you would expect for it's size and nightly rate. It's very clearly a result of the owners and management really caring about their creation and the experience of the guests who visit. They've really done a wonderful job, and I look forward to staying here again someday.”

“Tropic Seas has been our winter destination for many years. You can't beat the location and lush tropical grounds that surround the courtyard pool area. All that and beach side if you want to take a dip in the ocean. The staff is welcoming and gracious. Most rooms are efficiencies with kitchens or kitchenettes so you can eat without leaving this tropical heaven.”

“BEAUTIFUL...***** Towels were pristine white and oh so soft. The rooms and the property were immaculate. Steps, steps away from the beach. You are pretty much sitting on the sand so the waves and the breeze from the sea are knocking on the door each morning. I'm certain we cannot improve on the staff.”

“OMG was supposed to stay here for 4 nights and I stayed here for 10 days. The places for very nice the girls at the front desk are amazing. Novella at the front desk handle the majority of my new reservations and did an amazing job making sure I have the proper room. They are very personalized and care about you. The guys that works at the pool bar and also the wine bar did a fabulous job. House of the young girl at the wine bar is amazing and very personable. Coming back here next December for sure. Hats off to all the employees that work at the plunge.”
