I was worried of being taken advantage of because I knew nothing about cars. My car started over heating as I drove it and I brought it directly to the closest mechanic which Thank God was them. They squeezed me in and fixed my car perfectly. They went above and beyond to help me even after it was fixed. Even though I am no longer from this area they will be my go to for any and everything. Thank you to the manager Andrew and the mechanic bill and everyone at monro. I love you guys and will not go anywhere else to fix or check my car. I truly appreciate them all for making me and my safety a priority. Thank You, I cannot say it enough.

(August 27, 2022, 10:54 pm)It is refreshing to have kind, pleasant staff greet you as you enter an establishment. Everyone was very nice, and patient - even though I annoyingly walked in near closing time. They had good advise but didn't have the tire for my repair. Fortunately, they contacted a sister store which had the tire, and they waited till I got there to solve the problem. Thanks for a great experience.
