  Orlando is a great guy. We have used Cool Air USA in two locations and he is always professional and detailed and great to work with. We have been having some difficulty with the original contractor's installation, but Orlando is putting it all right! Thank you!

  Excellent company! Jr showed up within the time frame I was given. He is a very pleasant young man who was professional, knowledgeable and was able to pinpoint my problem quickly. I am very happy with the service he provided and will definitely use Cool Air USA again!

  Super nice individual who they sent out to me. Quick and easy servicing. Very knowledgeable in what they do and even showed me what the issues were how to prevent them from occurring again. Would recommend to anyone needing help with their AC

  Excellent company, from the dispatcher on the phone to the technicians this is a company that actually cares about the customer!
  
  Within an hour of calling they were working and fixing the AC at my work. They did a great job and my customers are very happy that they are sitting in a cool place.
