Frenchie's Bicycle

Had a wonderful experience today at Frenchie’s Bicycle Shop. We visited the shop this evening looking for a new bike for my daughter. We had excellent attention and service from Jay. He helped find her the perfect bike and got us setup and ready to ride in no time! My daughter is extremely happy and very excited about her new bike. If you are shopping for a bike, I recommend Frenchie’s!

Last week I had an issue with my bike that I bought and it wasn't even from this store. I called Frenchie's Bicycle that my friend highly recommended due to his service and expertise that he couldn't stop raving about so I did. The owner himself got on the phone and spent over 30 minutes of his time helping me with my questions and not once did he try and sell me a bike from his store. In fact, he told me bring your bike in and he will take a look at it which I did. Not only did he spend time on the phone with me, he fixed the issue (which keep in mind wasn't his bike) and from what I fell under charged me. It was a true pleasure and from this point forward I will be purchasing my Bikes for my family from Frenchie.

I had a great experience today. I brought my son's bike to get two tires changed out and a tune up. While I waited for my bike to be serviced I noticed excellent customer service from the owner and both of the other staff members. I was treated very courteously and my son's bike was evaluated and repaired very well.
Overall an excellent experience.

Our experience with Frenchie has been amazing. I attempted to teach my 8 year old daughter how to ride a bike and it was not going as expected so I looked to get some help. In researching bike lessons for an 8 year old, I discovered Frenchie and called to schedule our first lesson. We started our lessons and by the second 30 minute lesson my daughter was riding with pedals. We have one more lesson to go to ensure that not only can she ride and enjoy the experience but also feel confident and in control.

His teaching method, personality, professionalism and most importantly the trust he builds with the student and the parent are exceptional. I am truly at a loss for words on how he has treated us and how he has touched me throughout this journey for my daughter. If you need an instructor to teach your child, another loved one or a friend you should really consider Mr Frenchie.

Looking forward to getting myself and wife new bikes at Frenchies Bike Shop soon so to quote my daughter: “We can take over the neighborhood!”

Our experience with Frenchie's was excellent! It was a special occasion and big deal for my daughter's 1st big girl bike. Frenchie was wonderful, kind, caring and was able to answer all our questions and find her a perfect bike for her height. My almost 4yr old left with a huge smile on her face, she requested a bell and some streamers & he made that happen for her! She is So happy with her Birthday present from Great-grandma. She rode the bike all around the neighborhood with no issues excited to show her neighbors her new ride! I recommend this warm family like and professional bike shop to anyone! We are very happy customers. I will be back with my bike for a tune up! 😊
