  Prior to placing my order, I called them multiple times since it was my first time ordering flowers and they patiently answered all my questions. I ordered the Mixed Basket Arrangement at 11am and was told it'd be delivered by 4pm the same day. I called them about an hour after I ordered online to make a change to the message on the card and they were very accommodating. The flowers were delivered at 2:30pm to the hospital and my grandma loved them. They substituted some flowers so it looks a little different than the picture on the website, but beautiful and fresh nonetheless. I'd order from them again! Plus, they're more affordable than 1-800-flowers.

  I went into this shop 2 days before my grandmother's funeral service and described the type of arrangement I was looking for. I wanted blue Roses because my grandmother loved the color blue. I also wanted a design that would stand out. I didn't want the typical spray that we expected some of our extended family & friends to send. The staff was friendly and helpful. The arrangement arrived on time on the day of the service and its beauty stood out among the rest. Everyone who knew her couldn't help but crack a smile while admiring the arrangement because they knew it was something she would've loved. Thank you so much.
