(February 12, 2020, 9:19 pm)Yes everything about this place, you learn to box, burn the fat off i was 45 lbs slimmer in 6 weeks through my hard work and dedication but could NOT do it without the trainers' motivation. They remove all the fluff about gyms and keep it REAL!!!!! 100% RECOMMEND!
