  We stoped by to purchase some balloons for my wife's birthday. I called before to make sure they had helium, then told me they did, but when we got there the told us it had just finished. You can imagine our frustration. It's my wife's 40th birthday!
  Violet was very nice and contented Anna, a co-worker to find out what they could do. Anna told her that they had a small amount of helium left. Finally she told our order.
  But when we got home the large balloon, with the number 40 had deflated, I called the store and Violet answered, told her our problem and emmidetly she contacted the manager and are solving our problem tomorrow. The will have a new balloon for us. Thank you for a great experience.

  It was easy to fine what I wanted. The store have a huge variety of other good. Sweet????

  This party city is fantastic between the employees been so nice and sweet. Even if its super busy there is someone near by asking if you need assistance. I was able to find my 3 kids ages 10,8 and 4 years old and myself a halloween costume. We all tried it and left the store before an hour super fast. Party city is the best.
