So after the screen was replaced the phone still was not properly functioning, so they told me that the will replace my phone at not extra charge due to the phone could not be repair. “I stopped by this Best Buy looking to upgrade my home theater sound system. Admittedly, I’ve always been intimidated by the Magnolia section, and have always avoided it - due to my lack of technical expertise in this area and my perception that the products were too expensive for my simple needs. After talking to the floor associate, he suggested that Magnolia would be able to help me the best and directed me to Brian, one of the supervisors in this section. I was impressed with Brian’s expertise, and was surprised that he was able to explain things in a manner that wasn’t belittling. I explained to Brian what my budget and needs were, and, to my surprise, he didn’t try to sell me equipment that I didn’t need or was outside of my budget. In fact, I walked out spending a few hundred dollars less than I expected to! Certainly, Brian could have done a better job maximizing his sales. And, he definitely could have squeezed a few more hundred dollars from my pocket if he were more aggressive. But, in doing so, he wouldn’t have created a lasting impression with me. And, he wouldn’t have created a returning customer that would spend time writing this review. So, if you’re looking to upgrade your home theater, I strongly urge you to stop by and talk to the guys in the intimidating Magnolia section of this Best Buy! It really isn’t that intimidating, and these guys really just want to sell you good quality equipment that will match your specific needs. And, kudos to the floor associate who also helped me, and I apologize for not remembering his name!”

He first took me to the department where we thought it would be and when we didn't find it I thanked him for helping look for it. “Awesome positive environment . .. had a wicked rotten bad tooth, called them after business hours, and they were able to accommodate me... They took x-rays and didnt charge for them scheduled for it to get pulled the next day. The extended hours they have on Wed and Thurs are definitely a life saver for us with 9-5 work days. The staff was very welcoming and the doctor was very personable. I highly recommend visiting not the most up to date facility but the staff and services makes up for all of that.”
