  Went back to see Dr. J, largely because he's close by and was better. He explained things much more completely than before. Finally went to see the audiologist...
  
  Doctor is very fast and appears authoritative. He spent 4.4 seconds analyzing my ear (after repeated visits) and informed me that I had no ear infection. Yet 2 weeks after the visit my ear infection flared up again. This Dr. optimizes his income (money) and doesn't care if he ever cures your ailments.
  
  He then scheduled me for an expensive audiologist. My problem was an ear infection. Shouldn't we cure that before a consult with an audiologist?
