I was greeted in a friendly and professional fashion and made to feel comfortable in my surroundings. I felt very safe as all protective protocols were being observed. I was able to spend ample time with the Dr. who answered all of my questions and then performed a thorough exam. My experience was very pleasant and I would refer this office and staff to anyone seeking services for OB or GYN needs.

Dr. Matos definitely knows how to make potentially uncomfortable experiences feel less nerve wracking. I appreciate her ability to chat with me about other things besides the procedure at hand in order to keep me distracted while also delivering great, professional medical care. She always tries to encourage me to keep working towards my best life when I come for my appointments as well.

What sets her apart from other doctors is her compassion and caring with her patients. I can ask her anything and don't feel shy. She is extremely knowledgeable and competent with years and years of experience in many areas. She cares about me as a person. Wow!!! Like that ever happens in this world anymore. I completely trust her. She takes time with her patients and makes sure that their questions and concerns are answered... I give her 5 stars.
