Char, the manager of the property has been more than understanding of my situations and others. She easily out shines the prior property managers The staff is always attentive, always next to the phone. The property is always being taken care of. Throughout the day you’ll see them working excessively. Parking has never been an issue. I’ve lived in both the condo and the garden units. Both styles are beautiful. The gym is very spacious. There is also a private gym in the condo style. I nothing bad to say about the neighborhood. I’ve lived here for over 6 years And this is the best property management team”

“CCTV South Florida Located in Sunrise Florida did a great job setting up cameras at my retail store. The point of contact is Dennis and he definitely knows his electronics well. Suggested a great Security Camera system for my store, professionally set up all the cameras and DVR system, and was very thorough in making sure the job was done right. We experienced some problems connecting to the DVR server with my network connection, but he gladly brought in one of his IT guys to help out and didn't charge extra. The good thing about these guys is that you can expect great quality service and equipment at an affordable price. Sure you can buy a cheap camera system at costco or one of the electronic stores, but a lot of them are a real pain to set up and after seeing how much work needed to be done to set it up right (7 hours +), I'm sure glad I went with Dennis Neftleberg for my CCTV service. The amount he will charge you is the final price, no hidden fees and he will not leave or stop working until the job is done right!.
