What an experience from start to finish Xavier Rojas went above and beyond ! We have never had to file a claim against an insurance company before but unfortunately due to the fact that they never want to pay and we definitely had a very serious case on our hands we did Xavier took on our case , he made this process smooth , he kept us informed with every detail of what to expect , what to prepare for. He was extremely knowledgeable , responsive and professional in every aspect of our case. We felt so comfortable and secure that he was really working hard for our family and doing what was in our best interest .
