  Bad experience at the Versace Sawgrass Mills today, my husband bought a bag to the sales associate Juliana on Dec 2, at that moment she said he could return it right after Christmas if I don’t like it, today we went to the store to do the return or exchange, and this same lady said “We don’t do returns “ we ask to do an exchange since she offered that at the beginning, her answer was: talk to the store manager, we did the line, the manager repeated the same thing “ we don’t to returns” my husband explained that Juliana offered to do the return or exchange even after the 15 days return policy since it was a Christmas present. She called Juliana , Juliana at that moment said “We don’t do returns” obviously at the beginning Juliana LIED to have the deal and get the commission, the store manager instead of helping us, she supported Juliana saying that was a misunderstanding of my husband who trusted Juliana’s statement about the return, it was Not a misunderstanding of my husband IT WAS Juliana’s LIE TO HAVE THE DEAL. We wasted our time!

  Very helpful Staff, great communication they will go beyond to help find exactly what your looking for. Nickson Joseph and Mariana helped me out a lot. Nick made it happen! Very professional and made my purchase great.
