They also make the delivery and installation procedure painless and at a good value, and the final results are great. They are my go-to choice when shopping for electronics, especially large size ones such as a TV set, or anything that requires professional installation.”

“I bought a bedroom set here 2months ago. And I have to be sleeping on the floor. All the pins are broken under the back spring! Worst piece of furniture I ever invested in. I am tired of calling them. All am getting is pure run around. Stay away from this China imperial products. Poor service. Poor furniture. Look beautiful not durable. 9/24/ 18 Updated on my posting above. Few hours after my posting. A representative from Rana Furniture reached out to me and informed me they'll have someone out to take a look at what's going on with my bedroom set. And I must say, they did send someone out within hours. The gentlemen removed the entire base and replaced it. So am very, very happy. I will be sleeping on my bed tonight. So I'll post an update as to how am doing. That's what you called Express service. So I will be changing my one star to a four. Not 5 because of the torture I'll been through these few nights. They're not as bad as they let me thought in the beginning. I will definitely go back to purchase furniture and I'll recommend them if they are reliable and quick just like this.
