“Got away from cold snowy Cleveland for a few nights. This place was perfect ~ just a few steps away from the beautiful Hollywood Boardwalk. I also liked how it had a separate keyed entrance. The room was clean and fit my expectations. The staff was super accommodating with holding my luggage upon arrival and then had my room ready early. Spent time in the area enjoying the beach walking, looking for future housing and enjoying a few nice dinners in the area.”

“This park is great at is very friendly front desk agents in very comfortable spaces. They have an amazing rec Hall with a great pool I believe it is Olympic size which is great for doing laps. They also organize a lot of events on the weekends in the holidays which makes it very fun to live in the community”

Not very happy with the lawn service blowing the driveway areas off on Christmas Eve by our patio at mid-day, but other than that, a good place to stay. We will come again.”

“My husband and I spent a few days here at the end of December 2020. The Coral House Hotel is a cozy little hole-in-the-wall just steps away from the beach. Clean, quiet, and affordable. Perfect location. Management is very nice and accomodating. Although there is no parking for the building, a free parking permit was included with our stay and nearby street parking wasn't hard to find.”

“Loved the room, was very spacious, clean, very comfortable. It was well equiped for cooking. loved the whole place. Very well located walking distance to the boardwalk and the beach. Staff was great, very polite. Pool and jacuzzi was also great. My family and i had a really great time, will definitely be coming back, and recommend to all my friends. We wanted to enjoy a little more time before leaving, they were supper nice and let us check out at 12pm instead of 11. The comunicación was suprisingly amazing, i would send them a question, and they would respond within the hr. Really have nothing bad to say. Has great restaurants right accross the street.”

“A super dealership. I was traveling through Boerne when my pickup broke down. I called Cavender Chevrolet service and talked to Gino. He offered to come get me but since I was pulling a trailer, I that would not work. I made it to the dealership and then had no way to get home. One of their mechanics, Jacob, lived in the same town we were headed to and took us home in his personal truck. We came back to the dealership the next day to see what they found out on my pickup. Mechanic Jace determined the problem and had to overnight parts to fix it. I had left my trailer at the dealership and now I need to get it home before the rain that was coming that night. Mariam, the service manager said not to worry that she would take care of us. She found Daniel in sales and he pulled our trailer home with his personal truck. This is the type of dealership I want to deal with. A team effort. Everyone did their part, did it well, and took care of the customer. Other dealerships should take note. Without customers, there is no dealership.”

“This Motel doesn’t really get the credit it deserves. What makes this place a welcoming home away from home, is the exceptional customer service you experience, both at check in and check out. A business is not worthy of anything if it’s customer service is poor. I have been in several other motel 6, including the ones very near by this motel and I have noticed they need a LOT of improvements in terms of their customer service. They actually make you think “WHY am I here, doing business with them”. Aside from the CS, this motel is very well kept, much cleaner and very quiet. Now back to the Customer Service quality. I must say that front desk agents are all well dressed, they are well presented, they are exceptionally polite and very much accommodating. If you are not a morning person, or if you wish to experience the ultimate satisfactory customer service from a front desk agent, you better hope you come across with “Talia”, the early morning agent, who has the exact perfect personality you wish to meet in the morning. She is charming, very polite and above the top helpful. Honestly, I very seldom post a server about customer service because it’s my field of expertise with serving 20 years of my life in this business. I couldn’t help myself but to take time out of my busy schedule, and to make sure everyone in this motel’s management knows what a great front desk agent they have in the presence of Ms. Talia. I thank Talia for her wonderful personality, very warm welcoming smile and for being the perfect customer service any business would wish to present. I can clearly see Talia moving up the rank, sailing towards the brightest future she is aiming to accomplish. I’m giving her 10 stars out of 5. Thank you Talia”

“We were hoping to come back for a third time this summer but, you know, COVID changed that. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. The beach is only a short walk past the pools which, themselves, are never too cold or warm. Rooms are fine, especially if you get one facing the beach. Our kids love the candy and ice cream shop downstairs and the bars are great for early-evening relaxing by the firepits. Good restaurants on site, but drive north about a mile for the Taco Shack.”

“Our room was very spacious. The kitchen area was nice, a full size fridge and a nice dishwasher with utensils and dinner ware. The shower pressure was great. The room had a weird smell the first day but maybe I got used to it. The sink could use a nice cleaning around the edges but overall it the bathroom was clean. My sheets had a stain on it and it was changed when I requested. Nice size TV. It was a very quiet stay, did not hear a lot of noise so not sure if its due to covid or if the flooring are great I could not hear neighbors. Lobby and elevators were nice and seemed new. The Pool area looked great with a nice patio area. Everyone was nice.”
