I have never had any hair stylist explain to me as she does hence helping me decide what’s best for me. She is not afraid to put long hours for you if your hair happens to need it. She is very warm and nice and so easy to talk to. She gave me an impeccable haircut with perfect amount of texture finished with an incredible blow dry. “I was just dropping my son off to the Southwest Airlines terminal at 4 pm today June 16, 2022 when an incident occurred with a BSO officer. As I was dropping my son off an ambulance needed to come in and I was trying to get out of the way as you should to make room for the ambulance. One BSO lady officer was waving me forward while a BSO man was telling me to back up. I was already backing up to get out of the way of the ambulance and the very rude man BSO don't have a name or badge number was trying to give me different directions. I put my hands up to try and find out which they wanted ? Back up or go forward to get out of the way. The officer banged on my car so I stopped and opened my window at which point he said I was rude and he didn't have time for nasty comment. I told him I hadn't even spoken and he told me my hand gesture indicated I was being rude. He then told me " I hope one of your family members never need an ambulance" " asked me what do you do when an ambulance is coming?" I answered " get out of the way" and told him that's what I was doing. I told him he upset me and I didn't know how I was going to get home" he asked why? I told him he upset me and that I wasn't doing anything wrong. He asked me if I needed fire rescue ? I told him no. Then he asked who was I waiting for? I told him no one I just dropped my son off. He then said I hope you have a good day. He was condescending and rude. And perhaps some better training and people skills would help. addendum Thank you to LT Jon Commella that took the time to review my incident and listened to my concern. I greatly appreciate the response.”

“My son started at Alphabetland when he was 2 and I am happy that I switched from One Step at a Time. As it became overcrowded I was glad to see when my son started that Alphabetland that they do follow student to teacher ratio. Now he is 4 and even though he is out for the summer while I am teaching him I was surprised by some things he already know. It honestly made me step my game up as being his first teacher in life as his mom. The director is also great and was very understanding when I had some court cases and other issues. I just hate that I have to drive through Teleperformance parking lot to get to the preschool and the open 4 tiolet bathrooms for the preschoolers should at least have stalls. Communication, learning environment and staff makes me give 5 stars.”

“Yesterday, I went to see Yvette. I did gymnastics for 10 years and have some old injuries that really give me a hard time in the gym now. I’ve been to chiropractors, masseuses and acupuncturists before and Yvette was the first person who took this much care in really understanding my body and how each muscle group is affecting the others. Just finished my workout today and the restrictions in my shoulder and hip just melted away. Everything just moved a little easier and I felt so much stronger. Yvette is a godsend and I’m looking forward to continuing to get better with her. For the first time in a long time, I feel like there’s hope at the end of the tunnel and that I can be pain free again.”
