The Reserve at St. Johns River

My experience was amazing! Holly Spencer was efficient, personable and knowledgeable about the property and amenities. I told her Exactly what I wanted in a unit and she delivered. The property is clean, quiet and beautiful. The best thing was that I was able to view the apartment that I would be moving into. I’m so excited to move and begin the next chapter of my life here.

Tiffany has been SUCH a joy to work with. She ALWAYS goes ABOVE and WELL BEYOND to ensure that your stay at The Reserve at St. Johns River is very much enjoyable. Always PROFESSIONAL and there to support each and every resident the best way that she can. I HIGHLY recommend this community! 5 STARS!!!

I see the low rating and I’m not sure what the issues were before when the apartments were called charter Landing. However, I just rented an apartment here it is absolutely beautiful, everything is insulated, I have all new appliances and I am in love! The staff… Literally all of them… Are amazing in the office. They answered all of my questions, they were thorough, and you can till that they cared. They did not make you jump through hoops to get an apartment however they did make sure that your record is clean and you can afford it. They always run specials and I didn’t even have to pay the first months rent! Needless to say I love it here! Oh and one more thing, it’s nice and quiet unlike the apartments near this area. There aren’t a bunch of people walking around At all. Seems like everyone just stays in. I’m sure you will love it here too.
