(July 23, 2020, 2:38 pm)Jeff, the service manager, took great care of me! He worked very hard to make sure that my car was repaired to my satisfaction and provided me with a loaner car, that was several years newer than my own. My car was returned cleaned and vacuumed in lovely shape.

We had it narrowed down between an Acura and an Infiniti, but couldn’t seem to make up our mind and couldn’t find a salesman that could explain the benefits of either very well. Then we went to Acura of orange park and were lucky enough to have Mo help us out. Mo was absolutely amazing. He knew everything you could want to know about the Acura and its features. He showed us things we didn’t even know about. He was so calm, relaxed and made our experience so great. One of the best experiences I have ever had at a car dealership.. it was actually enjoyable! Highly recommend Mo at Acura of orange park if you are looking for a new car!

Dominic, Daniel, Andrew and Julio are all stand-up guys..... They truly went above and beyond. I've been in customer service my whole working life..... And this was some of the best service I've ever experienced....... Their loyalty to their customers is very apparent!!! Definitely recommend buying here!!!
