I told what I’m looking to do and so they are getting me in the right direction. They all greeted me by name as soon as I walked in. Started with Ms. Judy at the front desk and ended with Ms. Felicia. The hygienist was phenomenal, Ms. Felicia was amazing thanks so much for taking great care of me. “I’m am delighted to write this review of Dr. Ghazi, after having gone to him for approx. 13 months now. I have found him to be highly professional; yet friendly and personable; with eye contact with me. He has been very thorough in his medical screenings and assessments. He shows genuine concern for wanting to determine a cause of a medical condition, that the previous physician showed little to no interest. He has referred me to a number of specialists for other health conditions that are of concern to him. Initially, when he was assigned to me I was honest and advised him that I preferred a female physician, and would probably be changing to one. He did not take offense at this revelation, and stated that he understood. I have also spoken to a few other patients assigned to him as their primary care doctor, and they too report similar experiences, etc. I’m so pleased that I did not change physicians...as I have found Dr. Ghazi to be the most thorough physician in my 71 yrs. that I have ever had as a primary care doctor.”

“Dr. Tillis, is the best eye doctor in Jacksonville!! I had to have an procedure done on my eye and I was a nervous wreck because I had heard horror stories from others who had to go through the same procedure. Dr. Tillis was VERY sweet and patient with me about the situation and was able to calm me down. I’m not easy to calm down when it comes to things dealing with my eyes lol but she managed to work her magic! ? It turns out that I was nervous for nothing lol because it was over before I could even THINK about screaming ?”

“First time here was last month and i had a great experience! I was having a lot of pain on a root canal that I had done at another Dr. previously and Dr. Britto was able to look at the xray and see that it was infected as was another tooth behind it. He re did the root canal that day and I haven't had anymore pain since! he also worked with me on the cost since I had to have 2 root canals re done. Thank you Dr. Britto and staff!”

“My child has had labs done frequently since he was a month old. He is medically complex and is totally use to having to have them done...BUT : You know what we aren't use too? When our child walks out telling us how much he liked this location. When he walks out telling us how much HE liked the person who took his blood. How the guy would converse back with him, not ignore/just agree. Even my husband came out very happy that it went that well. I don't know his name but to the guy with long hair/eye brow piercing (I'm sorry! We didn't see your name) you rock at your job especially with kids. Keep on doing what you are doing. Sir, we have been to 3 different locations in state and YOU are the best our child feels he has had for labs since the children's hospital in CA. That really says alot. We plan to share your location/description with our specialists. If you haven't already...your going to make labs for alot of kids better instead of a nightmare. Thank you!”
