Special thanks to my service advisor, Ken Thompson, for always being so attentive, knowledgeable and professional. I never have to second guess him because he's always honest and upfront with me. I appreciate him. Older post - The first time I came into this Ford dealership was for a recall. I had no idea how great these guys would be. Mike Matthews is the epitome of customer service! From our first conversation he made me feel like I was talking with family. He was a great listener, very informative and he checked on me routinely while my vehicle was being serviced. Though the service took a little while to complete, his friendliness made up for that wait and I'll always come back because of it.”

“3 of us went to the original Metro Diner and enjoyed a nice lunch. The place was busy but our food came out hot and fairly promptly. I go to this diner occasionally and have really liked everything on the menu. Today was no exception. I had the Philly cheese steak which was really good but my only complaint was that the sandwich needed more cheese. Their cole slaw is a favorite of mine and it tasted fresh and crisp while still being creamy. I highly recommend the Metro Diner for locals and visitors alike.”
